Bought 4 tires a year and a half ago and 2 needed to be replaced on which they blame bad alignment which I did with them when I bought the tires. Had to pay over $100 to get them replaced and they offer appointments where I had to wait over half an hour just to get spoken to. Appointments should be taken off and just offer walk ins as they come to soften the disappointments.

The team at the McPherson Discount Tire has always been exceptional. They are courteous, professional, friendly, and helpful. My last two visits were with Jason and Martin and they were both awesome!

I had such a great experience at Discount Tire thanks to Mr. Vincente! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I’m not very car-savvy, but he took the time to explain everything clearly so I could understand my options without feeling overwhelmed or pressured. Thank you, Mr. Vincente, for your excellent customer service. You truly made my day! I highly recommend asking for him if you visit this location.
